KMP Studio exercise programs are not just regular workouts but comprehensive training programs focusing on progressively challenging you and building on each other to improve strength, posture, appearance, and more. The prenatal programs are designed to establish a solid foundation of alignment, movement mechanics, and core activation while gradually building strength, helping you to manage the physiological changes during pregnancy. We will prepare you for birth using techniques like LIIT and exercises perfect for pushing. Similarly, early postpartum programs focus on core recovery and gradually building strength. Postpartum programs also include exercises to mimic movements we use daily as moms, such as squatting, lifting, pushing, and pulling. Another key difference is the education included in the programs; you will learn the why behind the movements to increase efficiency. Whether you work out on your own, with our group, or with the guidance of a trained coach KMP Studio will prepare you for pregnancy through motherhood.

The training programs are broken down into workouts structured like personal training sessions. After you add a program to your schedule (this is done for you with 1:1 training), the app will guide you through each session step-by-step. Youβll see a video demonstration or picture for each exercise and receive guidance on how many reps and sets to do.

The programs also include meal plans with recipes and grocery lists, weekly health and fitness education, and tips sent via the KMP Studio app and email.

The Kinetic Assessment establishes a baseline, identifies potential health risks, assesses physical limitations, prevents injuries, set realistic goals, and customizes exercise programs. It ensures that your exercise program is safe, effective, and tailored to your needs, maximizing your results.
